Veronika Reeves is a Reiki Master Teacher and a practitioner in Plant Spirit Medicine, Traditional Herbalism and the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing. She has been practicing locally, working with human as well as animal clients (she visits her animal clients at their homes). While studying plants and their healing powers at the School of the Sacred Wild in California, Veronika found that the healing energy of Reiki blended beautifully with the spiritual and medicinal properties of herbs and wild plants, so she curated a new combined treatment from both modalities. Her Herbal Reiki treatments include herbal teas and a short plant consultation as well as a full Reiki treatment. Her Plant Spirit Readings bring the client close and personal with the medicinal and spiritual properties of their plant allies, to promote physical and emotional wellbeing. The reading is conducted through a fully led meditation and can serve to clarify, bring into focus and make sense of a difficult situation. For hundreds of years, herbs have complimented our every day life and have fulfilled a wide range of needs: medicinal, nutritional, in beautification and in the home. As early as the 4th century BC many writers made important statements about the healing powers of plants, and these are still valid today. This ancient wisdom is woven into Veronika’s treatments in a shamanic way, to bring about calm, nourishment, healing and even transformation.
