At Flimwell crossroads turn towards Ticehurst. Just after the 30mph speed limit in Ticehurst turn right into Tinkers Lane (just before Dale Hill Hotel and Golf Club).

When entering Ticehurst, after 30mph speed limit turn left into Cross Lane.

Coming to the end of Tinkers Lane turn sharp (!) right into the no through road. From Cross Lane carry on straight into the no through road.

Follow the road past Overys Farmhouse (on a sharp left bend) and take the next drive on the right. You are home.
